So I have a cousin, who isn't technically a cousin, as we are not blood related in the slightest. But we are very close, even if she is off at some far away school in Mass. It's a strange thing because I never count her amongst my cousins, when I say I have four female cousins and one male cousin, or that I have five cousins, but every time I mention her in conversation, she get's "cousin" attached to her name. Then I always correct myself saying "but not really my cousin in a blood sense" and continue on with whatever we were talking about prior.

According to others, this is not that uncommon, but it is strange to be caught up when people remind me that she is not technically my cousin. Apparently she has had similar experiences in far off and distant lands of college and things. Anyway, she came over today, for the afternoon and watched Season 2 of Merlin with me, fangirled and commentated. Holly behaved and it was all good times.

Tomorrow I plan on working on my GRE prep some more. I also want to work more on my organizing and maybe get some writing done, as all i have done today is add more bookmarks than I have sorted (5/190) and so maybe, that will be a nice running counter at the bottom of livejournal entries as well. We shall see.

I am considering creating a journal/community for creative works of a not related to downfall and spectrum manner. We'll have to see if I like anything enough to do so. I want to go back to my 2008 Nanowrimo and work on it some more, maybe complete it. Or some other project. I am so scattered, focusing actually hurts sometimes when it comes to creativity. I currently have two different word documents open, trying to type without getting distracted by the internet. So far, I am failing, and I expect I shall continue to do so until the internet lacks previous luster.
