Finished Evil Genius! I started it… like a month ago and then got distracted and so today I read like 350 pages today. It was good and I recommend it. Very fulfilling book all around… except for the fact that it was 500 pages long so that was kind of brutal after reading a 500 page book last week with The Black Tattoo.

I got an 83% on my Statics exam, so I am way excited about that. My next statics exam is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving so I get to take a test before leaving for break so that kind of sucks but I don’t have any AMST that day so I get to leave at 1 instead of at 7, which means I can do things on that day instead of being angsty for hours while I linger on campus… but my floor would be super quiet which would be totally kick ass.

I do have a calc test in a week though, which as of right now I am very very not ready for. Soon though, soon I will be. I just have to make it till then.

Oh Wednesday! Great news all around. I know when all my tests are until the end of the year. My Statics Final has been moved up a week so I get to take it the Friday before finals. Which is awesome as this means that I do not have to take it on the same day as my physics final!

I also read a lot of The Black Tattoo. I have like 300 pages left and planning on going to bed after reading another 100. Good BOOK!

Finished Wolfcry and took a statics exam. That book took forever considering that it was 200 pages long. I think it was because my view of lycanthropy and wolves is very different than AAR. So it was odd because the character I believed to be truest in form was the one that the main character didn’t like… it was very strange.

Statics exam was wonderful… no maybe not. But afterward was great. Fernando and I tried out this neat tech that they had that reacts. Like you shoot a gun and it recoils. It was awesome.

Happy Halloween!

I love Halloween. There were random people dressed up today. I got my fishnet gloves stolen by boy today for a short period of time while we did Statics in the library.

Speaking of the library, Zimm flooded today while we were in it. We were leaving and then the security people were running this way and that all over the place, screaming for us to vacate the premises. So Zimm has been hit by fire and water… anyone else wondering when earth and wind are going to hit (and heart because the captain planet was just too easy).

Went to Tidah’s for a party with Cait, Tidah Dusty and Alex. I met Alex at the Halloween party last year. Strange. I ate well though. There was a whole hell of a lot of chocolate. It was super yummy. The hot chocolate was tres delish. Better than starbucks. I am way tired and want to read before bed.

The Statics Attempted to Kill me!!! I hate it! We had the right answer, but there is no way we could get to it without using the power of the graphing calculator. GROWL!!! Today after the brutalization by the statics, I read and… watched Law and Order Marathons…

Then went to Red Rally. Took 50 minutes for them to introduce the crazy dressed up people, the football players and listening to “Everyone’s a Lobo Woof Woof Woof.” Wolves to not woof… they keen… maybe… mostly they howl… or growl… growling would be far more intimidating then “woof woof woof…” But I got to see Dusty and Alex and got to see 19 ft tall object set aflame.

I finished The Witch’s Boy today. I liked it. Lots of mythology and fairy tales in it, but it was skewered, shifted and kinda off. It was neat. I felt bad for the main character and I liked his way of being.

I to bed… tomorrow is Friday thank god.

Finished Storm Front. It was quite good. I liked it a lot. Borrowed the next two books (Fool Moon and Grave Peril). I was thinking about actually watching the series. I also borrowed Hellsing. We shall see how well this all works out. The Statics is semi evil, as one of the three problems is killing me. I plan on meeting up with Jason to solve it tomorrow. Ugh lames of statics…

I got a key chain and a neato highlighter today from the health people. I was tempted to do the body mass index thing just to watch them squirm. According to BMI I am severely dead… and need mental counseling due to my “eating disorder”.

I think I am going to go read and watch Law and Order Marathons…

I hate Statics. It has disrupted my reading plan. I now only have about… 18 hours to read the book I borrowed. I must finish. I like the 5 pages I have read so far, so now I just have to sit down… well lay down and read. I have many thoughts going on in my head… some of which are disturbing and others are nice. My hand hurts, I burned it on the lathe today. My piece tried to commit suicide. So I am depressed about it because it is now super bent. So there are many sighs, both of deep thought and angst.

The Statics problem was horrible. We eventually caved and I called Dad. 2 hours is too long to spend on one problem, but I am hoping that we are the only ones in the class who got it.
