WHOO HOO LISTS!

Since I haven’t updated in like a Bazzillion years. Well okay I said happy birthday to myself but… meh.

Time for lists

California:

Saturday- driving. Yuck yuck yuck. I drove from Needles to Victorville. It was a long and boring drive. I spent most of it counting semis. We stayed in Dolphin Cove resort, which is a block from Disneyland. We watched the fireworks from the balcony and planned out what we were going to do during our trip.

Sunday- SeaWorld. Free Willy damaged a generation who look at poor Shamu and think he is depressed. And 30 seals all barking for food is one of the scariest things I have ever seen. Shortly proceeded by the creepy chant/bowing thing that the people do to make Shamu splash. Super pretty in SeaWorld. We rode the Atlantis ride multiple times. I pet some manta rays.

Monday- DISNEYLAND! I LOVE DISNEYLAND! I rode Space Mountain for the first time. All the other times I have been to Disneyland it has been closed. Many many rides. I love it! We went on rollercoasters as well. It was sooo much fun! I love Disneyland!

Tuesday- Wild Animal Park! OMG BABY LIONS ARE SO CUTE! They are sooo adorable there are just no words. So cute! And sheep! And Deer! OMG PETTING ZOO! I love animals!

Wednesday- Universal Studios is awesome. Though ½ of it burned down two days before, so the tour kinda sucked. BUT MARVEL STORE! I GOT AN IRON MAN T-SHIRT! And some other things that will be in my birthday pile… lol

Thursday- DISNEYLAND! Cut short because my dog was not good. Parade that day though! I love Disneyland. Great day all around. I love Disneyland. Ate a delish tostada salad at the Mexican restaurant. Bought cellphone charms. I have a crown like Sora’s.

Friday- Drive back. Drove again. Made it back late at night. Ughness all around…

Two Books!

So I finished two books today, which was pretty impressive all things considered. I finished Blood Relations and Alfred Kropp: The Seal of Solomon. Alfred Kropp was hilarious at random points, still creepy at others but the hilarity made it well worth it. Amnesia with secret agents while trying to explain about stupid nicknames? Hilarious!
Other than that i spent alot of today debating about rearranging all 800000 of my book shaped things... because there are many things. And it scares me. i have also started screwing around with my ipod shuffle. It's very cute but requires effort.
Vacation has been moved up a week, which is awesome but at the same time makes me go..... okay.... Meh YAY vacation!
I didn't do much today so i don't really have a story to tell. I didn't even turn on my computer until a few hours ago. Which is strange for me really but whatever.
Right now i am watching Buffy and Angel flashback episodes, because those were always the best ones. Tomorrow Linds is throwing a "yay we are done with school party". I will spend most of it in my room redoing my shelves and reading i think.

My room is a total disaster. Well not really.... more like it is unorganized and consists of many many piles that are... all over my damn room.
Anyway that is my goal for the summer... redo my room. Maybe some other things in there but making my room livable is a good one... not that it isn't but i stare at my ceiling (and my starwars posters) and have the overwhelming urge to re-shelve my books.... and my manga... which is sooo not a good plan at all...
Saw Prince Caspian today. Yay! it was pretty good. As I have not read the books, i cannot say whether or not it was true to the spirit of the books... i will instead go yay lion and move on with life... Spefex are what i lives for.
Since last we spoke... I have bought about 3000000 manga (slight exaggeration but only just) and have started collecting collectible cards... we all know this will end badly. I have told myself no buying anything cept presents and real books (and figurines because they may be gone!) and that is is because we are GOING TO DISNEYLAND!!! So i need to now spend money so i can buy useless things i will never use again!
I also completed script frenzy!!! which is way yay because i didn't think i was going to be able to do it. I finished like 15 minutes to midnight on April 30th. I do still have to read like 7 books in less than a week. I hope to finish one tonight before bed since i am halfway done with it andwe all know how I am with books. Spy High Blood Relations by AJ Butcher.... then it is just A Companion to Wolves by Sarah Monette and Elizabeth Bear, The Wizard Heir and The Warrior Heir by Cinda Williams Chima, Alfred Kropp The Seal of Solomon by Rick Yancey, Epic by Conor Kostick, and another go at The Ranger's Apprentice: The Ruins of Gorlan. Then we get to read another four and about 10 Anita Blakes and Small Favor which i am not allowed to read until the 7 due books are read, which makes me terribly sad.
Anyway, off to clean like a mad person. So much to do.
