Talyn, Anita and Dresdin... now that is a fanfic...

Started reading Talyn today, which I actually borrowed from Dusty at the end of 2007, so I feel horrible. I need to read it. It’s 576 pages long and I think I can finish it by Friday if I put my mind to it. I have already noticed something odd. The chapters are all around 22 pages long. It’s very unique thing in this book. Usually there isn’t such an obvious pattern. It does however make it easier for me to break the book down and read it bit by bit.

I got into a book discussion with Paul before, during and after AMST today. I was reading Narcissus in Chains (Page 170, go me!) and he mentioned how he read one of them (Bloody Bones) and then we got to talking about them and what we liked and what we didn’t and things like that. We decided we liked the violence more than the sex and he suggested I read the Dresdin Files, and leant me the first book. I will read it after I have finished reading Talyn.
