The Great American Novel... well not really

So I have a test tomorrow. In other news, I have figured out the great American novel I am destined to write. There are very few high school drama stories out there. And there are straight and gay versions of the story. But in the end, person a gets together with person b and they live happily ever after. Person b was unattainable at the beginning but at the end, it’s like they are destined. I have only read one book that defied that convention and it was the only realistic book I have read from the teen high school drama genre.

There are no books about the kids like me in high school. The kids who didn’t want a relationship, with anyone. Didn’t even feel motivated to even have crushes except for that one awkward one. It was hard to be the kid who didn’t want to date in high school. I felt fine in the crowd and with people that didn’t know I was essentially nonsexual in high school but among my friends I would sometimes feel very uncomfortable. It was hard at times and kinda of sucked. I never had to worry about if person b liked me but I had to instead deal with the fact that I didn’t have a person b, that I didn’t like someone. It took a long time to come to terms with actually.

I have to study tonight though, so we shall write that great tale later.
