CE EXAM MOVED BACK!!! HUZZAH!
My CE302 Professor is amazing! Lieks seriously. He moved our exam back to Tuesday next week. The review is at 7 am on monday which sucks so that means i will get up at 6:0, go to review and then go back to bed until 9 and then go to thermo but MY EXAM WAS MOVED BACK! So that means all i have to worry about is Econ this week. Which shouldn't be too bad.
I spent alot of today in Escape. Like a lot of time. From 2 till 430. But i got my lab report done and my Fluids written out homework.
Today i read the entirety of Fallen. it was very good. I recommend it. It's name is The Fallen by Thomas E. Sniegoski. About fallen angels, gregori, the heavenly host, God Almighty and Nephilim. I liked it. And i think there is more so i might go find that instead of reading the stack of books i still have... lol. All around, Angels are always good things to write about.
Which reminds me, i never talked about the other eye opener that i read this summer. Repossessed was an interesting novel with a.. not quite unique concept but an eye opener. Its about a fallen angel who takes over a teenage boy who was about to accidentally step in front of a car. It's watched the boy for a long time and thus, attempts to live as him. The story is told through his eyes as he lives as a person, for the first time having the five senses and a body to enjoy them with. he enjoys everything that he does. Sneezing, eating, wearing clothes, seeing peoples eyes. And the statements in it are provoking. The fallen angel lives the kids life better in a few days then the kid did his whole life thus far. He tries to do as much as possible, with a mental list of all the things he wants to try out from sneezing to sex. His internal monologue about masturbation (which he tries out very shortly after getting his new body) is unique, an interesting statement about how people always seem so guilty afterward, yet he says it felt so good he doesn't understand why people don't do it more often. He loves looking at "his" best friend's eyes and sleeping, because he has never slept before. And the story poses some interesting ideas about God and Angels and Fallen Angels. Fallen angel at one point theorizes that the reason they fell and were "forsaken". All around it is a short read (like 150 pages and they are short pages) but it was good. Every page was beautiful and thoughtful, though that may be from a christian point of view. I am not sure if an atheist or agnostic feel the same feelings. Seriously the book made me cry. It's on my list of books to buy.
Now to start on a new book... Lol
